A thoughtful title…

I love a good secret. Secrets such as who who really likes to sing out loud to musicals. Such as who has genital warts. Such as this secret blog that none of my “real life” friends know about.

Alright, I lied, I don’t actually like any of these secrets. At best, I can only claim to be apathetic.

But I can claim to be bored, or at the very least pensive, which is why I have to decided to resurrect my “web presence” in the form of a new and (possibly) improved blog. The color scheme sure is better than my old one.

So this is the new blog I’ve created. I have the best intentions to continue to update it, hopefully I will follow through. There’s definetely a certain amount comfort knowing that all my high school friends will remain blissfully ignorant of this blog’s existence. I always felt so much pressure back in my livejournal days. Be original, be creative, be witty, be non-emo. The anonymity of this blog is much more encouraging, so perhaps I will actually manage to stay on top of things.

Lord knows, there will soon be many things to stay on top of. Moving to Hawaii, graduate school, the Harry Potter Alliance, my writings, my reading, and not to mention… things that will remain unmentioned, as of now.

Yes, I imagine that my life will be taking some drastic changes in the very near future. I can’t say I relish it, but I’m definitely willing to get excited. It’s a slow burn.
